1. Today is Day 09.

2. It is the mission of Speas Elementary School to provide its students with the tools necessary to successfully meet the challenges they will face in a diverse world.

5. Thanks to all for making Picture Day run so smoothly and ahead of schedule. I'm sure you'll be asked, "When will the pictures be back." As soon as we know we will notify parents.students who have paid for pictures. This is the teacher responsibility.

6. I went checking computers, monitors, speakers and copiers this morning and found 2 computer(s), 5 monitor(s), 0 speaker sets and 0 copier(s) left on overnight.

7. Be sure to remind your students at the end of the day that there is No School on Monday.

8. Remember to update your web page by 9/11.

9. The first interim progress report is due to go out in next Tuesday's Monday Packet. This is the expremely short portion of the form an takes a minute to do for each student. All that is necessary ios a brief sentence about how they are doing.

10. Remember to get with the individual you are doing a peer observation on and schedule a time for it.

11. Teachers in grades K-1 who need the yellow luggage tags for their bus riders back packs should see Ms. Powell. The new one have come in.
