1. Today is Day 55.
2. It is the mission of Speas Elementary School to provide its students with the tools necessary to successfully meet the challenges they will face in a diverse world.

PTA Teacher of the Year Dinner - Village Inn - Clemmons - 6:30-8:30

4. Tomorrow night will be the first session of First Tee, a golfing program for children. It will take place in the gym under the direction of Susan Sidden. She will begin setting up at 5:00 with the session beginning at 6:00.
5. At the end of every day:
a. TURN ALL TV's
b. TURN OFF ALL MONITORS and COMPUTER (CPU's)
6. Social Committee dues are $25 and can be paid in a single payment, or installments throughout the year. See Ms. Johnson to work out payment of your dues.
7. Fliers regarding The "Retirement Information Center" dates for 2008-2009 are in the lounge and the mail room.
8. Upcoming dates for your calendar:
a. December 02 - Holiday Program
b. December 06 - Holiday Open House - The Reichert's House
c. December 12 - Speas Meeting with Dr. Martin
9. Review conferences scheduled for today are: TBA
10. Ms. Fletcher and Ms. Powell will accompany Ms. Goliszek to the PTA Teacher of the Year Banquet on Thursday night at 6:30.
11. We meet this afternoon on our SIT plan rough draft.
12. There is a meeting this afternoon of the architect and our operations department regarding our upcoming renovation. I will share drawings and plans with you as soon as I am able.
13. Tomorrow is our monthly Marzano training. This will be the last one until Ms. Falor returns from maternity leave.
14. I am in need of someone to cover A's and Bees tutoring tomorrow night. I am doing a police ride-along for Leadership Winston-Salem.
