That means that the building will close at 4:00 PM on December 19. Please place this on your calendars.
9. It is time to schedule quarterly visits to teachers at other schools. We will post a schedule in the mail room of when you can schedule your observation. We will bring in a substitute for the day who will spend the morning in one classroom and the afternoon in another.
10. Pre-K staff should get together with Mr. Ireland and Mr. Cokley to determine which toy storage sheds need to be repaired.

12. My wife and I are looking forward to welcoming you and your significant other to our Holiday Open House this coming Saturday, December 06. Please come hungry. There will be lots of food and a variety of beverages. Attendance is purely voluntary. The doors will be open from 4:00-10:00 PM. Directions to our home will be placed in you box along with a map. We hope to see you then.
13. Our Superkids officer, Kim Ruff, will be here December 15 through February 06. Kindergarten, Second and Fifth grades should sign-up for sessions on the sheet in the mail room by the sign-in sheet.
14. Christmas parties will be held from 1:00-2:00 on December 18 to allow the custodians to clean up before the last day of school. This is especially important with the custodial staff leaving two hours earlier than normal on December 19. If you are showing a video/movie as part of your party, remember that it is perfectly legal since we have paid for viewing rights. These can only be rated G however. Any other rating requires the approval of an administrator and notification of parents. As your party approaches, grade levels should meet together to ensure that all classrooms are on the same page. Please let the Dr. Reichert or Ms. Powell know if you need anything in order to make your party a successful experience for your students.
