1. Today is Day 126.

2. It is the mission of Speas Elementary School to provide its students with the tools necessary to successfully meet the challenges they will face in a diverse world.

4. At the end of each day, please do the following:
a. CLOSE ALL BLINDS
b. TURN OFF ALL MONITORS and COMPUTERS (CPU's)

5. The Fox8 "What's Right With Our Schools" segment will be broadcast this morning at 7:55 AM on Fox 8. If you miss it, you can still view it on-line.

7. AR Benchmarks are due to Ms. Fussell tomorrow.

8. Fifth Grade students attend the Mary Starling Concert tomorrow.

9. April 9 is the next early release day for classified employees. Classified employees should come to work at 7:30 and depart at 2:30 PM.

10. All full-time teachers must complete the Teacher Notification of Intent prior to April 17. This is very easy. Just go to the Employees page of the WS/FCS web site and follow these directions:

a. Under the “Administration” heading, click on the link for “WSFCS Administrative Resources”

b. In the left hand column under “Employee Related Data Entry”, click on the 9th link down "Teacher Notification of Intent Decisions”
c. Log in like you would to register for a workshop
d. Click on “Enter/Edit Teacher Notification of Intent”

11. Third and Fifth grade teachers should remind their tutoring students that the next tutoring Staurday is this weekend, March 28.

12. I will be attending an Equity+ principals' meeting today from 10:45-2:00. WE will be touring South Forl Elementary which enjoyed the greatest gains of any school in the district on last year's EOG.
