8. I contacted Drew Davis about some questions that arose around students with outstanding balances in the cafeteria. I got the following response to my questions:
a. A child with an outstanding balance cannot be prevented from purchasing snacks, ice cream or chips. We cannot restrict how children spend their money even if they have an outstanding balances.
b. Students with outstanding balances may purchase a complete lunch if they have sufficient money. They will not be given a voucher lunch if they can pay for a full lunch even if they have an outstanding balance.
c. The cafeteria cannot accept payment for a la carte items and then refuse to return change to the child applying it to the outstanding balance. All change due must be returned to the child. The child may choose to apply their change to their outstanding balance but cannot be compelled to do so.
9. In films murders are always very clean. I show how difficult it is and what a messy thing it is to kill a man.

I have never made but one prayer to God, a very short one: 'O Lord, make my enemies ridiculous.' And God granted it.
Voltaire (1694 - 1778)
The easiest kind of relationship for me is with ten thousand people. The hardest is with one.
